Feeling *pink*

Salam.

Semester break is finally over and I'm back in campus, not that I'm thrilled about it. I really wanted to blog more that just one post during the holidays but I just got caught up in my to-do list that I didn't find time to blog about sewing or scrapping or pizza~ Despite my lack of blog posts, I did have a great holiday, had pizza with friends, sew lots of stuff, and of course, annual family vacay in Cameron Highlands.

This year, Abi tried booking the Sharples home for our stay in Cameron, but since it was all full, we were placed in a different TNB holiday home, Osmaniah, which is located not too far away from the Sharples home.

Frankly speaking, now that I've stayed at Osmaniah, I very much prefer the Sharples home, because of its veranda. Although both houses are equally lovely. (:

As far as scrapping goes, I didn't get to scrap many pages as I was so focused on my sewing. I did make time to play with a kit by SuzyQ Scraps called Life is.. I received this scrapkit for free as a birthday gift from Suzy's birthday club.

Another kit I enjoyed playing with is Bubblegum Chevron by Girl Boy Girl Designs. I've really been sticking to a pink-ish colour pallete for last month's scrapping.

After spending 3 days in Cameron, I went to visit my mother's hometown in Kedah, where I was greeted by my very bubbly 4 year-old cousin. This is a super simple scrap page I whipped up last night with the same kit, with a little touch of my own wordart.

That's all for the first post of the semester. I do hope I find time to take pics of my completed sewing projects and post them soon. The wordart is available for download on my 4shared. Enjoy !
